Next day we hung out all day. I treated him to dinner. We watched a movie.
We said our good nights in person, then over the phone an crashed out unil monday mornin when it was time to work.
Over all it was a pretty good weekend.

I'm a lil confused with some things that were said las night though.
I'm not quite sure how to take em, in the context they were spoken in. I mean by them self it would be nice an sweet, but mixed with everything else we talked bout, its seems kinda ... I dont know. I guess thats why I'm confused. Oh well. I'll figure it out.
Good luck figuring it out. I had a conversation with my guy this weekend and I have no idea how to figure out what was said.

Why in the world cant Guys in general jus come on out an say what they are thinkin?
I hate bein in the dark. An I'm curious by nature. So when a guy that says somethin that I dont get I ask, an then when I get an even more
stumperliferious response I get frustrated.

So when a guys says oh I dont know somethin like, "Just wanted to say that you dont have to worry your not going to run me off, we're to close for that." An then calls ya somethin like sexy an hot an tells ya goodnight.
It leaves me thinkin a few things. .. .
1) Where the hecktate did that come from??
2) Does he mean that I'm tryin to run him off an its not gonna work? Or
3) Does he mean that I can say or do whatever without fear of running him off??

When ya thread that into the rest of the conversation everything jus gets more an more muddled. While that by its self isnt that bad, but still a lil confusing. I'm thinkin he didnt mean it in a bad way. But I dont get where it came from either ... From left field maybe?
Las night was like blowin hot then cold all in one convo.

No dates this weekend, though spent several hours on the phone with a lovely lady Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.

I went on my first Eharmony date ever and my first date in over a year on Sunday! It went great. We went to see Zombieland and went to dinner afterward. He called the next night! Saturday is date number 2. I'm really excited.

No dates to report here, but I went to the bay area for a concert... completely a bummer. The music was good but I labored over my costume which no one commented on, and I'm pretty sure I stepped in someone's throw up barefooted at the venue (only barefooted because I was told there was seating for the show, and that we were taking a taxi instead of walking 2 miles so my shoes weren't comfortable enough!)

This coming weekend I'm sure I'll have better to report, I'm meeting an eH match in a romantic locale and couldn't be more stoked.

So help me, if my long-distance match is agreeable, and a seat is available, I'm hopping a last-minute-weekend-flight to the West Coast... Not counting on that actually happening, however. But the thought is sustaining me, anyway.

Rut roh re: the accident -- were you um, in front or behind on that scenario? I recently rear-ended someone on the freeway but the damage was so tiny (scratches to her bumper that you literally had to put your face RIGHT UP TO to see) that we just drove our separate ways and that was it. I was nervous though -- her car was really new!
