| Interests: | Passions: Jesus Christ is the Centre of my life and my all in all. I am so LOVED by Him. Not just liked- passionately, ardently, ADORED with wild, reckless, selfless abandon. Jesus is so crazy about me that it overwhelms me every time I think about it. And believe me, His Love makes all the difference in the world. A related passion- less important than Jesus but still huge- is my passion for justice. My life has been forever disrupted by the human rights abuses around the world that I now know about, and God willing I will dedicate my life to pursuing human & civil rights and fighting injustice. Activities: Reading, Music, Poetry, Drama, Writing, Being outside, Long walks alone or with friends, Ballroom Dance (particularly swing, salsa, tango, and waltz), Line & Square dancing, Driving stick shift, Photography, Ice skating, Swimming, Hanging out with friends, Playing pranks and other deviance; ) Also on occasion plotting to rule the world... |

Music: Country, Hymns, Jazz, Salsa, Rock, Techno, Pop, Indie... in the playlist of life I am that one song that you love because you don't understand it. TV Shows: I love old TV shows British: Good Neighbors, To the Manor Born, As Time Goes By, Fawlty Towers American: I Love Lucy, That Girl, Burns & Allen, & others that e-H won't allow for some reason Still Airing: NCIS, The Mentalist, The Office Movies: Genres: Romantic comedy, Action, Science Fiction, Comedy Movies: The Princess Bride, Ever After, You've Got Mail, While You Were Sleeping, The Patriot, Gods and Generals, Gettysburg, A&E 1995 Pride and Prejudice (the 5-hour one with Colin Firth & Jennifer Ehle), Veggie Tales Books: First and foremost, the Bible Then classics- I love Alexandre Dumas, Charles Dickens, Rudyard Kipling, Jane Austen, and Emily Dickinson, Daniel Defoe Modern writers are good too, like: Beverly Lewis, Lynn Austin, Ted Dekker, John & Staci Eldridge, Elizabeth Elliot Quotes: Far too many to begin to list here... "I love quotations because it is a joy to find thoughts one might have, beautifully expressed with much authority by someone recognized wiser than oneself." - Marlene Dietrich More About Me: I am complex. I am a daughter, a sister, a fiercely loyal friend (of the "mamma bear" variety). I am a sometimes bizarre but always interesting blend of cultured lady and country girl. I am serious and driven but also fun-loving and a little crazy. I am a servant-leader, deep and occasionally difficult to understand. I am a God-follower. I am a Princess of the Most High God and a humble servant at His feet. I am quiet and loud, calm but energetic, passionate but often gentle. I am independent and stubborn. I have three kinds of temper. I can indecisive... I think ;) and occasionally moody. I am unique. I am an author, poet, artist, dancer. I don't like to think inside the box, but I acknowledge that it is there and use it when I have to. The closest I have ever come to fitting in a box is as an INTJ (http://typelogic.com/intj.html). In Christ- I AM, a child of the Most High God and a bride of the Prince of Peace. And in Him I know that even on my worst days, I AM LOVED. -
